Additional Store Policies
The following policies form part of these Terms of Service.
Warranty Policy
-All products manufactured by TD Conversions (excluding Universal Engine and Frame Mounts) are covered by a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty.
-Coverage is valid for the original purchaser, beginning from the date the product shipped.
-The warranty is void if modifications have been made to the product without prior authorization from TD Conversions.
Returns & Refunds Policy
-To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all hardware, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
-To begin a return, contact us at info@tdconversions.com or call 250-248-6024. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
-Once received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund approval status. If approved, refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time from your bank or credit card company.
-Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including brokerage and related fees.
-Returns are not accepted on custom-built orders. All custom-built orders are Final Sale
Cancellation Policy
-A 10% Cancellation & Administration fee applies to any order cancelled (refund issued) prior to shipping, but still within the quoted shipping timeframe.
-No fee applies if an order is cancelled (credit issued) prior to shipping but outside the quoted timeframe.
-If cancellation or return is requested after the order has shipped:
-An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be requested prior to shipping the product back.
-Items must be brand new and in sellable condition to be accepted.
-Refunds will only be issued after inspection and may be subject to a 50% Cancellation & Administration fee.
-Customers cover the cost of return shipping and any additional fees (including brokerage).
-Custom-built orders cannot be cancelled or refunded and are considered Final Sale.
